  • Introducing a brief synopsis of the business plan for Peters Aviation. The idea is to provide services in the aviation community to handle the evolution of global aviation compliances and economics. The industry regulations are now a compilation of many entities placing requirements on products, parts and operations that documentation is requiring many hours of research and validation. World economics now places the owners/managers of aircraft to justify the expenses and to ensure a ROI that keeps investors assured of intelligent management practices and the company publicity is a positive perception. Peters Aviation will consist also of Country Air and Paraclete Services for accountability and service focused priorities.
    Peters Aviation emphasis will be management and consulting. One concept is to clarify and implement government regulations accompanying products and procedures so that companies gain upstanding correspondence with officials so as to allow expedient authorizations. Another purpose for the company will cost analysis. This will include compiling data from insurance companies to find the plan that best covers the environment that the aviation department and/or proprietor are operating in. Also included is to review the compliance of the aircraft with maintenance data with the purpose of ensuring a dependable aircraft and to increase the value of the asset. Peters Aviation can assist in coordinating of maintenance responsibilities with input from the owner or his representative with that of repair stations and service centers vetted for certification compliance history, cost comparison, testimonials, and costumer support. Another feature to gain an ROI on the aircraft is to provide alternatives to operational costs such as providing information on joint-ownership, fractional operations, air charter operations, and marketing. Another concept is to provide owner/operators that contemplating to improve their aircraft with airframe, engine, avionics, and interior OEM upgrades, service bulletins, and STCs is to weigh the options of expenditures, feasibility of the upgrade, investigate documents for regulatory and inspection compliance requirements, and estimate a market value on the aircraft after accomplishing requested tasks.
    A subsidiary of Peters Aviation is Country Air. It will function as a repair station providing multiple maintenance disciplines regarding airframe, powerplant, and avionics. Peters Aviation will ensure County Air’s certification credentials, insurance responsibilities, and costumer service accountability. Country Air will put resources towards organizational compliances, employee requirements and moral, attaining tools and training, satisfying OEM mandates, and pursuing the latest and efficient practices to provide cost conscience and reliable aircraft maintenance procedures. Country Air will also provide services for other repair stations and service centers with personnel needed for extra manpower, specialized skills, or off site assistance.
    Peters Aviation will have a community service entity called Paraclete Services. It will provide experts in aviation to organizations such as the EAA Young Eagles Program, the Boy Scouts Aviation Program, Angle Flight Network, and organizations assisting troubled youth by providing an airplane to restore or build a kit. Paraclete Services will associate with the North Carolina Baptist Men Aviation Mission, Jungle Aviation And Radio Service, Heli-missions, Mission Aviation Fellowship, Military Aviation Missions, and local organizations. Assistance will also be provided for museums such as the North Carolina Warbird’s Museum and the Aviation Museum of North Carolina to restore and keep airworthy aircraft of old that can be used for presentation and historical value.

    I currently am performing a annual inspection on a Curtiss-Wright C-46, manufactured in 1944. It's called TINKERBELL. We are awaiting FAA approval for a progressive inspection.
