VISION AND MISSION

Vision:
To be the best platform that will identify, gather and develop a generation of young individuals who will have skill, character and a passionate attitude to effect a change in the aviation industry in Ghana.

Mission:
To harness the talents of aviation enthusiasts.
To bring general aviation to the door step of every enthusiast and the public.
To acquire basic training aircrafts in every region within the country for the development of general aviation through contributions by members over a fixed period of time.
To create an avenue for experiencing real flight; that is to graduate from simulated flight to real aircrafts.
To develop Radio Control aircrafts through group projects that will aid in the development of aviation in the country.
To create a platform for mentorship and the development of aviation through workshops, seminars and career fairs.

Vision for Junior and Senior High Schools.
To introduce young enthusiasts within the primary, Junior and Senior High Schools to general aviation and flight simulation. Organise talks, lectures and boot camps on aviation and Radio Control Aircrafts (RCA).

Vision for Tertiary Institutions
To develop, create networks and opportunities for aviation enthusiasts in tertiary institutions, who desire to build careers in the aviation industry.
